Mrs. Amber Massey, RD

For those of you who do not have the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Amber Massey, RD (YAY!) - she is quite the amazing lady! Not only is she a most fabulous friend, but she also has become a Registered Dietician TODAY! To celebrate her amazing feat, J&I cooked her Sugar & Soy Salmon... okay, okay MAYBE it was already on our menu for the week, but it was so fitting!
