G's First Sleepover: Honey + Dude

J&I have been lucky enough to be so close to sweet Parks & Jo (Baker girl too - but the twins have been like our own kiddos pre G) Its so awesome to have friends who are family that you can dump your kid(s) on without feeling bad about it. The girls, G & all subsequent kids have no idea how much love is between our two families & all the fun times that will be had.


While Mama & Daddy were partying it up as if it were pre-baby times at Uncle Poppy's wedding, G was spending quality time - and his first sleepover EVER - with  Honey, Uncle Dude & 3 Ladies. Lucky kiddo if you ask me!


Amber sent me the sweetest pics throughout the weekend (I'm so late to post and if you follow Amber, sorry for the repeat!)

We get the girls (ALL THREE) in just a few weeks. J&I will be experimenting with life with four babes. FOUR. I am sure it will be fun, hectic, crazy and we will laugh A LOT... and I am sure a few tears here and there, but we will all survive... Right?!

Z&C - Got Married! Part III

The night Mom had a serious spray tan & we kept G at the hotel bar til 1 in the morning. ::cringe:: But I wouldn't take it back. He woke up at midnight and partied with us happily for an hour. Best way to meet Mama's aunts/uncles/cousins!

Rehearsal Day/Night

 We were that annoying family in the hotel lobby... every night. and it was awesome. Weekends like this make me wish that we all lived in the same city. Life would be amazing.

Wedding day was upon us!

Weekend

I love being home for extended periods of time, who doesn't?! This weekend was perfectly lazy, but with enough activity so we didn't become bored.


Friday
G&I were supposed to go out and visit with friends and their babes, but G was under the weather late last week and on antibiotics, so we stayed home.

Even under the weather this sweet boy loves bath time.

J went out to celebrate Jaco's birthday - so thankful for amazing friends!


Saturday:
We went for a walk as a fam, we played, went to lunch, drove around looking at houses (ugh, the idea alone of moving is exhausting)

Then we met our bestests out to enjoy the Southlake Arts in The Square and to have dins

Sunday:
Woke up, ate pancakes & headed over to a nature preserve in Plano - I think this will become a normal activity for us. It was so nice to get fresh air, exercise and expose G to the outdoors.

& we had our firs bubble bath! (please excuse his pasta face!)

See those chompers?! There are officially 8, with the 9th coming around the corner. WHAT THE HELL!?!? This kid is going to have a full set of teeth in no time. YIKES!
